I’m a new client, which facial is best for me?

For a first time client, we recommend opting for the Pure Serenity (60 min) or one of the seasonal options. This will ensure a smooth transition into routine facials and allow our esthetician to learn the health of your skin from the start of your journey. From there, we can discuss adding more time and modalities to your future appointments based on your unique concerns.

I just shaved, how long do I need to wait for a Brazilian wax?

For best results, it is recommended to have at least 3-4 weeks of hair growth post shaving/trimming. If your hair growth is longer than the recommended time, please DO NOT trim before your service. Often times, people trim down too short in places making it difficult for the wax to grab. If it is too long to wax, your esthetician will trim as needed during the service.

Why do I need to enter a credit card when booking an appointment?

A credit card on file is required when booking an appointment to ensure our no-show and cancellation policy. You will NOT be charged when making the appointment. You are only charged after the service. If you have previously purchased a voucher for a wax, a card is still required to make an appointment and your voucher will be redeemed after your service is complete. A card on file also makes for a speedy checkout!

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Nirvana Skin Studio has a 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours and no-shows.
